A native of Tunisia, Mehdi Hassine moved from Paris to LA in 2000 to pursue his life-long Hollywood dream. He is an audio engineer and consultant with extensive industry experience in both sound and visual production and post-production.
He is an active sound supervisor and mixer on feature films and documentaries. His body of work includes trailer mixing and sound editing on the IMDB top all-time documentary Heima about the journey in the homeland for the Icelandic band Sigur Ros.
He is an award-winning educator in the field of audio engineering with over a decade of lecturing and developing courses for prestigious institutions (Musicians Institute, Berklee College of Music, Video Symphony…). He holds a master’s degree in electro-optical engineering from Orsay University and a master’s degree in business administration from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in France.
Currently producing a variety of independent artists in the Los Angeles area, Mehdi also regularly performs as a bass player.
